Within
the feudal world, power is often associate with the amount
of land one controls. It is in the interest of every realm
to expand its territory allowing a larger population and accomodating
for a more powerful standing army
There are currently two ways for a realm to expand its
borders. Firstly through means of exploration and secondarly
through a more hostile means of invasion.
Exploration : For a sacrifice of militia and royal crowns,
you can send expeditions to find unchartered lands to take
under your control. While this is the only non-hostile means
of obtaining land, it can quite often be an expensive means
of growth as the game processes.
Invasion : By using your military, you can order an invasion
and conquer land from your opponents territory. However, military
casualties will be experienced on both sides and there may
be a chance of a retaliation by your opponent to take the
land back. The success of this method requires a strong, well
planned and developed military

Realms that are under Global Immunity (GIM)
will be granted double population growth bonus
Each turn, you get additional land in your exploration pool
equal to the number of realms currently in your empire Providing insufficient food for your people may result in no population growth
