In addition to the General Forums, each realm is able to communicate directly to neighbouring realms within their own empire. All new messages are flagged and a player will be alerted when he/she returns to manage their realm. There is currently no set limit on the amount of messages an individual can store. However all old messages over 120 real hours (ie 5 Game Years) will be automatically deleted.

All messages can be optionally flagged with an "Important" status, thus highlighting the relevant message and making it more noticeable.

In addition you are able to quickly send a message to all realms within an empire (within your Island) by simply selecting "Global Mesage To Empire".

Old realm messages are deleted after 5 days
You are only allowed to message realms within your island
